PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES BELOW. CONTACT US WITH ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE. WE BELIEVE THESE POLICIES TO BE FAIR AND A BENEFIT TO ALL.

LINENS:

Linens must be free of candle wax & any staining beverages / foods and so forth

Customer agrees that the linens are not brand new and will be presented with only minor imperfections.

All Linens are priced as being pressed and plastic covered with the exception of the chair covers as they will be dryer fluffed

All hangers must be returned or a small replacement fee will be added

 

DAMAGES:

Customer agrees to replace any lost or broken rental items as well as return in the same clean fashion as the time of rental. A cleaning fee can be charged

All tubs / crates etc must be returned or will be subject to replacement fee

 

DELIVERY;

We offer delivery on any rentals within a reasonable distance.

Rental items will be set off and picked up in a stacked fashion. We do offer a set-up and take-down fee additionally.

 

PICKUPS:

Customers may pick up rental items (non delivery)

Items may be picked up as early as Thursday at 1:00 and kept thru Monday by 5:00 p.m.

We reserved the right to charge for any additional days that have not been agreed on

 

PAYMENTS:

Rental items are secured with a 25% deposit at the time of order

The balance on rental items is due 30 days prior to event

Bouncers are $25.00 down per bouncer with payment due 1 week prior to event

We accept check, cash, debit and credit cards

Payments may be made in person or phone

 

ORDERING POLICY:

Orders may be placed on the web site with a 24 / 48 hour response time as to the availability

Orders may be placed on the phone and secured with payment immediatley

Orders may be made in person and secured with payment immediatley

Orders may be emailed with a 24/48 hour response time as to the availablity

Any orders not made in person will be provided an email confirmation letter

 

 

CANCELLATION / RAIN POLICIES:

Deposits are non-refundable

Balance is non-refundable after 30 days prior to event

Items may not be removed 30 days prior to event, but a new ticket can be added for other items

We do not refund for any un-used items

Rainchecks are provided only on inflatables and only if notified within 48 hours prior to event allowing us to re-rent to customers with indoor venues

 

BOUNCERS:

Bouncers may be picked up / delivered

Bouncers are for 24 hours if customer pick up

Bouncers are same day rental if delivered as you must fit into a driver scedule

Bouncers must be cleaned and free of debris upon return or be subject to a $25.00 cleaning fee

Customer agrees to set bouncer up prior to event and contact us immediatley should there be any problems allowing us a proper amount of time should anything need repaired.

Any bouncers that are to be used as a wet bouncer will be agreed upon and charged accordingly. Should the bouncers come back wet without the proper agreement a charge will be added upon return.

Pickup times for bouncers are between 9:00 and 10:00 on Satudays and Sundays. All returns must be made by 9:30 to allow for the cutomer pickups.

Bouncers may be rented / picked up on other days with a scheduled time
